Awesome talk! Lots of insights into not only creating art but also leading a team. I especially enjoyed a mention bout just enjoying your work, remembering the passion for drawing, and living your life outside the art. There are a couple of typos in the description, Szymon's surname is Biernacki. With an "i" after "B". Matthias Lechner has two "t". At the start, it should be "This panel covers...".
