Oh I love the cardigan and I soooo want to do it, but that yarn is almost 10€ per 50gr so if I need 15 of them for my size, it’s going to cost me 150€ 😞

@@dianamaria2765 yes of course 😊 I just really love that yarn and I think it’s a shame it’s so expensive. Anyway, if any of you have a similar composition yarn to suggest, I’ll take the suggestions 😊

I was thinking about gazzal rock n' roll yarn. it seems it's a similar composition. But that is just a suggestion, I don't know if it will work.

I know it is expensive and I was using it because they sent it to me. You can use another more affordable yarn. It can be a mix of cotton and acrylic ( scheepjes stone washed XL - I have it at home and it is similar except for the shine) You can use even size 5 yarn because I think Hobbii categorized this yarn as medium considering meters/grams, but the wire itself looks a bit thicker than medium weight. Look for less expensive fibers in composition! It won't have that shine, but except that it will work. Try whatever you have at home and make a swatch. If you love the fabric you are good to go. I think it will look even better if it is a fiber that has better memory (keeping the shape) like acrylic or cotton mix

I created this long cardigan because I wished for a garment of this style. However, upon completing it, I must admit that my initial enthusiasm for its length has waned. While I don't believe this dissatisfaction can be attributed to the design, pattern, or video tutorial that I share. I can still appreciate the cardigan for what it is and appreciate the effort I put into making it.
