Wow! I had no idea that you used fabric for this! I love all the pretty fabric layers! The paper turned out so pretty with the gold backing! Amazing! I was laughing at your scissor comment! My mom never let us use her craft scissors! If they were orange (Fiskars) we weren't allowed to touch them! I'm neurotic about anyone using my scissors like that now, too! Don't touch my craft scissors! Even if I don't use them for the right projects!😆😂🤣I hope you have a wonderful spring week!💐

yes!!! i have buckets of fabric!! right before we moved i got rid of like 5 or 6 tote boxes full!! im sad not thinking about it lol... yesssss oh they KNOW if they are caught with my fabric scissors its off with their heads hahaha!!! have a great week too my crafty friend!!

When you make banners, what's the typical length of each strip?

Hi Cheryl, i dont really think that there is a specific rules for length.. I believe this one was around 12 inches when finished.. but when you are making your banner be sure to double the strip length and add an inch or two to account for folding it in half and tying the knot. So for example if you want a 12 inch length you would cut your strips at 25 or 26 inches. I hope that makes sense!
