There are two different points Gruff is making here: one is that Elwyn Jones is a fascist, the other is that the show (S4C's iDot) was sponsored by Alphaline, a brand used post-privatisation in Wales (and elsewhere). Gruff disagrees with both Jones and railway privatisation, but isn't suggesting that his issues with Jones are connected to railway privatisation.
