Morning routine starts with usually some devotionals on the Bible App then Breakfast then I spend some time either reading the Bible some more or going over my Journal then from there I exercise a bit (weights , stretching and breakdancing) like you said, nothing to serious but to spend time with Him then to top the morning all off with some shower praise lol.

Hey Lumber Jack. First of all understand and make it clear in your head that you WANT to be freed from the sin. Make that conscious decision of wanting to be free from the sin. You can even write it down if need be. Secondly read God's Word and hear what it says about the sin and about God's love for you. This is also critical as it will convict you and bring you closer to God. It will give you the confidence to approach God as your father and ask Him to help you out. Now when you do come to Him in repentance, completely confess your sin before Him and release it from your heart. Forgive yourself and ask God to restore you. Most importantly, ACCEPT GOD'S LOVE! Remember that NOTHING can separate you from the love Jehovah has for you. Open your heart and just let Him show you His love. It's not easy to do this, I know, but just call out to Him with your whole heart and TRUST Him to come to you and touch your heart. He will Never fail you. It's a good feeling to know that God has lifted the burden from you. Sometimes you will even physically feel 'lighter'. Now, after being delivered, it doesn't automatically mean you're gonna live perfect from there. Stumbling blocks will arise. Temptations WILL come, and they'll come a bit stronger than before as the devil fights against you. But NEVER lose hope. Your strength comes from the LORD. Remember that. As such, read His word daily to help you grow your strength to fight against the temptation to sin. Also, you need someone to help you be accountable. So seek a counsellor or a pastor and get counselling regarding the issue and regarding how to stay in the Faith. Also have a close friend who can act as your accountability partner and who can help you stay strong when you truly feel that urge to go back to the sin. In fact, you can even see a pastor or counsellor before God has freed you, so that you can have someone to support you as early as possible. A final word to help you. St. Peter said that going back to your sin is like a dog returning to it's vomit. Remembering that verse and that example can really help you gain the strength to fight against the urge, as you'll know that fornicating again or engaging in any other sin of lust as a whole will be as if you're returning to your own vomit and eating it. Then you vomit again and then eat it. It's a never-ending gruesome and disgusting cycle. You felt that you want to be freed from the sin. That on it's own should give you hope that God can and will indeed free you, because the Holy Spirit has convicted you and will guide you throughout the process. Grace and peace of the Lord Jesus Christ be unto you. May Jehovah richly bless you and help you with the concern of your heart.

Am always working from 5 am to 9pm. In the morning its kinda hard to wake up earlier than 4:30 n in the evening am usually very tired. Any ideas on what i can do?
