What a fantastic collaboration with your dad! It doesn’t matter how old we are, it is so special to accomplish a project together. I was lucky enough to do this with my darling Dad, and the memories are so precious. So are the items that we made together! Thanks for another fabulous tutorial. Love from Pam in Brisbane, Australia. 😊

Offthebeadedpath, I am so appreciative of you doing this tutorial. I have been seeing jewelry that has the CRAW stitch and I have tried it many times, but just couldn’t get it. You made a comment in the video about it looks like a jumble of beads, or something like that, and I totally agree, but you made sense of it for me. The tool is a great idea. I bought some beads from you to show support. Thank you again.

Great tool, your going to make millions (or at least you should) I’d patent and copyright everything on it if I were you. I wanted to thank you for everything you do for the beading community. About 5 or so years ago one of your videos was the first beading video I had ever seen. You inspired me so much I got some supplies and tried my luck. Now thousands of beads and supplies later I’m still getting inspired by your videos. Unfortunately for medical reasons I will never again have the joy of bead weaving but I will always love you and your videos. Thank you Kelly

I bought it. I used it. I love it! You only need it for a few minutes, but starting is the hardest part of the stitch, especially for hot dog fingers like mine. The tool I got has holes on 2 sides, not 4, but I don't think it matters. Great frustration reliever.

I'm right handed and always go counterclockwise. That's just how I learned. Guess it depends on how you learn and become used to. This is a great video and your analogy of wall, floor, and side beads is quite helpful. In addition, I appreciated the way you stopped at various points to show how the design looks from different angles. Could you please do this video using different color beads for perhaps the sides or floor and ceiling when showing the manual method? Since I am just learning this, that Idea seems like it help with the stitches, but some projects may not benefit by different colors because it could cause confusion, so not sure if it is helpful or not. Thank you for posting this educational video.

All I can see is a green blob of beads. It may be easier to understand if each level is a new color... Or every 2 levels (1-4 side beads) changing colors. The names for each bead and its placement is great, but it's still confusing when all the beads are the same color and the dark thread somewhat disappears. I think the thread color won't matter too much if bead color is alternated.... Either each side be a separate color of each level (not sure what to call that). Thanks for taking the time to teach is though! I do learn lots most of the time.

Kudos to you for making the CRAW tool. I hope and pray that this is a lucrative venture for you. If I may, I would like to make a suggestion. I can see that the unfinished wood around the hole is cutting or fraying your thread. I wonder, if you line the inside of the hole with felt would that maybe prevent any splitting or fraying of the thread. This is probably something you have already thought of and have decided it doesn't make much difference. I hope I have not overstepped. You are a little genius for coming up with this tool. Congrats! Bountiful Beading!
