So glad energy is getting more support, my wife is big into science and loves energy as it feels like "her" thing for Magic. Would love to get this for her. Honestly I would likely take out a mountain and put in an island.

I think this deck looks like a ton of fun to play and it really grabbed my attention during previews because my brother and I got into MTG and Commander together right around the time Kaladesh and Aether Revolt were first released and were both big fans of the art and lore of those sets. I have been trying to find a commander to build an energy deck around for a while but haven't found any particularly satisfying combinations. I was a bit underwhelmed by the Fallout 76 energy deck however Satya seems to be a really refreshing way to bring back the energy mechanic while returning to the incredible art and plane of Kaladesh that introduced me to MTG. One thing I thought was missing from this deck was some tall threats that could be copied with Satya, so I would add Volatile Stormdrake from the new set. I think it would be a really fun way to remove threats from other player's boards and then just add that threat to your board and copy it as many times as you can with Satya. I would then take out angel of invention because it is never gonna be as big as whatever you can pick up with Volatile Stormdrake which is even 3 mana less.

This deck is sweet, I remember playing Goldspan Dragon in Standard. I would add Whir of Invention, Enlightened Tutor, Karn's Bastion to proliferate the E-counters, Inventors' Fair and Academy Ruins to be more resilient and consistent, Skullclamp to generate more card advantage and Fable of the Mirror Breaker

I have a few damage triggers and some extra combat phase cards that I think would make an awesome addition to this deck. Getting extra energy from attacking on multiple phases and getting extra tokens if you have enough energy to keep them.

I was unimpressed with this deck at first, but now having seen it in action it seems like a blast to play. The card I would cut is Brudiclad although it has amazing potential it feel a bit of a win more card in this deck. A card the I think can make a big impact over the course of a game is Brotherhood Scribe. Metalcraft should be easy to turn on in this deck and just with the commander and the scribe(assuming metalcraft is on) your board could get +2/+2.

I was so stoked for Liberty Prime and Satya this year - previously I had an energy EDH deck with Lae’Zel/Master Chef that I was super fond of. Now I’m brewing a Temur energy deck with Rashmi/Ragavan while I wait to brew yet another Jeskai deck (my favorite color combo) with Satya!

I would definitely take out any of the awkward, clunky spells, fix the mana base a little bit with sacred foundry, the jeskai triome and maybe the land cycling spells, add in some flicker shenanigans to generate more energy counters. Definitely taking out farewell and put in tragic arrogance, or wrath of god instead. I know that card is polarizing.

I’m new to mtg this year and have loved getting themed decks. I have a clue deck and a treasure deck, so now I want to try out an energy one! I definitely want to throw in some cards from the fallout energy precon like Liberty prime and would definitely want to take out Myr Battlesphere.

I love all the energy support recently and think it would be really fun to take advantage of the new cards in MH3 and fallout for this deck. My biggest add however is strionic resonator (and maybe lithoform engine?) to take advantage of satya's busted ability. I think I'd take your advice and slot out a couple rocks.

I want this deck because I try since years to do a good energy deck. I guess I would take out Farewell (I just hate this card 😅) to make place for cleansing nova (Rebecca Guay art, because its beautiful)

I was talking about it with a friend and Liberty Prime as commander seems to be the way to go. I would take out 3 basic lands and the coveted jewel for starters but I'd have to see how it plays after that. Also I'd probably put in spark double to get a second commander trigger and helm of host.

I totally agree with you about adding stuff like Electrostatic Pummeler or conduit goblin because stuff andding and also beeing able to spend energy is always a good thing. And the counterspell addition will be nice to stay safe. But I will leave in the Austere Command because the kind of one side wipe is always good in my opinion. Also I would swap few mana rocks like Coalition Relic, Coveted Jewel and Wayfarer's Bauble for some faster mana. If we would have more budget I would change the scry lands for shock lands. And why I want to win? I dont really have the money to buy all the new decks and I want to chave a chance to win them.

I would take out Myr Battlesphere. It just doesn’t feel like it’s got good synergy with this deck. To add in, I would put in Liberty Prime, Recharged. Just a great aggro with excellent synergy(heh) in this deck.

Dr Li from fallout deck would be an ideal addition with different modes you use energy but my favourite is returning an artefact from the graveyard.

After playing energy in two mh3 prereleases, I really enjoyed energy as an archetype and want to have a commander deck based around it. I would consider turning it into just Boros, but if I would make just one swap, it would be to take out Myr Battlesphere because that card does nothing in the deck and put in Voltstorm Angel because that card is busted with energy.

I think whirler rogue could prove to be a fat problem for whoever is versing this deck. Every time you attack you get two more thopters and as long as at least one doesn't die you can make your entire board unblockable since it's a repeatable effect. Topplegeist is also super annoying if you copy it a bunch. It's a one drop so you most likely get to keep the copy and with delirium you get to tap down an opponents creature on EVERY upkeep for every copy you have. Also I love that little guy. He's hilarious. Creatures with death or sacrifice triggers could also work well in this deck. Selfless spirit for example. You get to keep your energy and your board is forever safe. Vengeful Townsfolk would pair well with that. Growing threat kinda ordeal. Takes away the heat from your other combo pieces. Cutting is super hard with this one but I think you're right in removing midnight clock. Sphinx of revelation seems a bit out of place imho, sure the cardraw is neat but the price is a bit steep... Also the temples can just f off. I'm sure there's a bunch of other hella good creatures you could sub in. A legendary creature with a death trigger like Anax could be interesting too.

If I could only add one card I would add Radstorm because of all the proliferation support. I would really like this deck because it gets into the red with combat and jeskai is one of my preferred color combinations.

I came back to magic in Kaladesh playing an RG energy deck. I'd love to win this deck to relive that era. I would definitely add electrostatic pummeler to swing for the win. It has great sinergies with cards in the deck like razorfield ripper, salvation colossus, Cayth among others. I'd take Grenzo out, he is in the wrong deck 😂

Lol, I wrote it before finishing the video. Then I'd suggest Dream tide whale, it can ramp your energy while keeping a menacing 7/5 for 3 mana in the table.

OH BOY!!... to me this deck is screaming for proliferation support, I would replace as well the Midnight Clock but for a Staff of Compleation, that creepy thing is a solid value engine for counter decks that just snowballs games, and then on the same line of thought, replace Aethersphere Harvester for Recon Craft Theta, Castle Vantress for Karn's Bastion, Grenzo for a Thrumming Bird and Burnished Hart for Grateful Apparition, the last two specially would be a blast to play with Satya's ability. 🔥🔥🔥

I think whir of invention or fabrication would be fantastic additions. tbh id take out the gearhulk, ik its an alright card but feels a bit too clunky. I'd definitely take out some of the rocks but keep midnight clock and TOC but probably take out converted jewel, . id take out like 6/8 lands, with that much ramp you dont need anymore than 31. id take out myrbattlesphere along with some of the higher cmc cards, i think ornithopter of paradise would be a much better fit, along with some more cheap artifact creatures

The biggest problem i see in this deck is the mana curve, it has so many 5-8 mana cards that are fully dead in hand, whereas you only have 4 that are 1 cmc and 14 that are 2

A lot of attack triggers aren't that good on this, as when the token comes already attacking, they don't trigger But "When it dies" triggers might work as the tokens are sacrificed at eot Want to build this one specifically with Wurmcoil engine in mind

I want this deck because Energy has been a deck I've wanted since I started playing, but don't have interest in Fallout, so had no interest in the Science one from that, even if I did it was too expensive haha. Would take out Face-Breaker to put into another deck, and I'd probably add more artifact creatures to finish the game with. There seems to be a lack of real strong finishers in the deck as is.

I want to win, as I've loved energy since it's first inception. I was tring to get the madison lee one but it sold out. With this and my aether revolt collection I can finally make my dream deck. I got the fallout science precon, but i didn't like the artifact theme and preferred the energy subtheme for it, and this seems like a fun precon. The card i would probably take out the filigree racer. The card i would put in is probably liberty prime from the fallout precon

I've never played anything with energy counters but I'm always excited to try out new mechanics, I have a few of the fallout decks in my playgroups and it seems interesting. My top cards to put in are some alternative ways to make the deck work if the commander is getting hated on too much, or just to support his mechanics already. Stolen Identity for another repeat token generation source, conjurer's closet or mistmeadow witch for ETB flicker and evasion. Nesting Dovehawk for populate once we have some tokens going as well, so much repeat value. Professional facebreaker would be my first drop, it just feels lackluster and not worth focusing on for the duplications.

Edit: Since tokens Satya makes enter "Attacking" already, there is no point in which they can "attack", so everyone be careful with those creatures if you're planning on upgrading!! Seems like a super fun take on an aggro Jeskai strategy! I don't yet own a Jeskai deck, so winning this one would be fantastic! Depending on the price, i think the new card [[Guide of Souls]] would be one of my first inclusions. I would try to take the deck in a more "get value out of ETBs" direction, and getting life and energy for each one seems awesome! Also, since the commander is always attacking, [[Dolmen Gate]] seems like a no brainer as well. For the cut, probably the [[Aethersphere Harvester]] doesnt quite make the cut. A 3 mana flying vehicle just doesnt seem like what the deck wants to be doing, especially since copying a crewed vehicle doesnt even have the copy attacking as a creature! This was my first time finding your channel, happy to see the coverage, and hope you continue making videos! Subscribed!

Love the athertide whale. Big beater nearly pays for itsself energy wise and evasion. I would take out burnished hart. Ita always card 105 in my decks. Too slow ramp wise. Would switch it out for counterspell

I wanna win this deck because I love the Jeskai color combo and the only Fallout precon I got for a decent price at my lgs was science so I’d try to combine or swap some cards! I would replace Midnight Clock or Coveted Jewel and add some more removal like Generous Gift!

I would like to win this precon because my brother bought me the fallout precon for my birthday 2 months ago and some of the cards from this would be great upgrades for the Liberty prime decks I’m building. I most likely will add unwinding clock to untap Liberty prime, Aether refinery, stone idol generator, and my mana rocks each turn once I have enough energy and artifacts built up. Additionally I will add esoteric duplicator to copy artifacts I sacrifice to Liberty prime to allow me to keep pressure on opponent in case I want to conserve energy. As for cuts I feel Grenzo will be one since he doesn’t really fit the theme I’m going for as while it is nice to goad stuff to get blockers out of the way for Liberty Biden of thassa already does that while also being an artifact that can draw you cards as well. Furthermore I feel confident cutting coveted jewel as while drawing three and getting three mana is nice the risk involved with your opponents taking control of it in the event Liberty or no other sac outlets are in play to prevent this seems to costly to warrant the include. Giant robots go brrrr 😂

I would take out angel of invention . It's alright with era of innovation but if you're using satya as the commander I really want energy etbs. I would throw in motherlode, excavator just to get big energy payoffs that I can dump into aether refinery or blaster hulk immediately.

I've wanted to make the fallout energy deck more playable. Aethergeode Miner really has no place in this deck, it doesn't work as a token at all. Liberty Prime works quite well in this deck as creating an attacking token gets around its energy cost!

I would love to win this deck because I have always liked energy and love how much energy has gotten in the way of new cards lately plus this commander feels more versatile and lots of ways to use energy. I would take out a basic Island and put in a Sundial of the Infinite to keep the tokens with the trigger in the stack.

Im taking out the secondary commander and most of the proliferate and token generators it just doesnt do what I want to do which make more energy then i probably need ive added in a bunch of the fallout energy cards and some other combat trick energy cards plus some artifct searchers to get my value artifacts out as soon as possible

I think if I got this deck I'd crack it into a izzet energy themed combat deck, load up on more energy generating artifacts with Jhoira, Ageless Innovator and a few artifact creatures to get them out for free, but having to cut all the white cards out unfortunately. If I'm keeping it Jeskai, I'd take out Austere Command for Displacer Kitten and Midnight Clock for Whim of Volrath. It wouldn't be the best swap without tutors but I've burnt myself on the Midnight Clock enough times to feel iffy about it in decks that want me to draw a lot of cards and there's enough ETB triggers here to make Displacer Kitten fun when like 3 board wipes isn't fun for me.

Yeah Midnight Clock isn't that great. There are a few artifacts that aren't that great, like Coveted Jewel, and the Hour glass thing, forget what it's called exactly lol

I've never ever played jeskai or artifacts. I'm excited about it. I will add Port Razer, for extra combat steps, and tapping and untapping our commander, I think it goes infinite?

it won't go infinite, but can probably still get the win in most cases. there is also another extra combats card that comes in the deck as well, (lightning runner) you can pay 8 energy to have another combat step, and then also Gonti's Aether Heart you can pay 8 energy and sac it to take an extra turn. So between all of those, i would imagine you can lock up the win.

So before I listened to your changes I was already 99.99% sure what I wanted to add based just on Satya's text, and now after watching that's up to about 150%. What I think this deck could really do some damage with is my old friend Reconnaissance to enable combat tricks and let Satya, Combat Celebrant, Legion Loyalist, etc. swing with impunity. When you added the Celebrant and highlighted Loyalist the wheels really started to turn because, you know, shenanigans ensue when you no longer need to worry about fragile threats getting munched and you can ensure they'll stick around to keep on causing lots of trouble, assuming they don't enable a lethal swing right away of course. Force the table to expend targeted removal, not just declare blockers. As far as a cut, I'm going right for Jolt. It's a fun trick, but I've run it in decks before (OG Mirage/Tempest/5th Ed player) and always seem to end up with a better use for 3 mana or nothing I really want to target when I have the mana open and uncommitted. With Recon though, I 100% know I'll be spamming away each combat until somebody makes me stop. Like the card says, war (and Commander) favors the informed.

Oh man - i have the Science fallout precon so i’d be looking to sort of combine them. So for sure liberty prime and i think Sean, father of synths would also be nutty as it also makes copies of creatures! I’d drop 2 lands cause i mane bad decisions lol Also the cyberman card that gives non-legendary creatures Myriad would be cool!

I would personally make those changes:(they are each alligned in pairs one after other - card I will take out and card I would put in) -Burnished Hart/Grenzo, Havoc Raiser/Myr Battlesphere/Wayfarer's Bauble/Coalition Relic/Coveted Jewel/Bident of Thassa/Tezzeret's Gambit/Midnight Clock/Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer +Guide of souls/All Will Be One/Terror of the Peaks/Automated Assembly Line/Cursed Mirrir/Panharmonicon/Powerbalance/Tune the Narrative/Skullclamp/Wurmcoil Engine. And i want to win them because i just like the new precons and i want to have them.

I'd definitely remove Coveted Jewel and add Liberty Prime, Recharged. Cant copy it sadly, but swinging with a big Vigilance, Trample, Haste guy (potentially multiple times a turn) sounds like a good time. Hopefully you can keep up with his energy costs, because where “Democracy is nonnegotiable.”, it isn't free.

Never played a deck like this before, but super keen to find out how it works and if I like it! Would probably go for a bit more swinging with Combat Celebrant, maybe add Scourge of the Throne too. Cliche but gotta add Dockside Extortionist and maybe Ragavan (no budget ehhh). Path to Exile from some additional instant removal, and lastly Teferi's Protection or Clever Concealment. So the reason i was so interested in this energy precon is that i was looking for a archetype that is an intermediate step up in difficulty from merfolk swarm and Voltron stratagems for something more complicated and required planning ahead. Not a full on combo deck mind you something more midrange-ish as i learn the more complicated decks in magic. However when I look at this precon list im not exactly sure what wotc was tinkering on the workbench. The deck is trying to do 3 different things and have messy cohesion between. Lets start with the commander Satya. Satya basically proclaims "hey i would love to copy ETBs" yet less than half of the creatures in the list appreciate Satya's efforts and reward the effort he risks by attacking our opponents. there also a handful of artifacts that dont really fit the bill of what we want to do. First lets start with cards we want to add. Inclusions Artifacts: Inspiring Sanctuary-- how in the world in a deck with 30+ artifacts did this not make the cut? two previous precons released in the last 18 months (Deep clue sea and Mishras Banner) artifact heavy strategies both made the sensible inclusion and its missing here. With this our big energy creatures and payoff cards can come into play much faster. idol of oblivion- This is an artifact/token deck and one of the best cheap support cards is not included? lets fix that Panharmonicon- Double the Etbs Double the energy double the fun Fabrication Module- We gain a TON of energy in this deck and can pump up our creatures to do big damage Fabrication foundry- situational rock that Grants us graveyard recursion on our artifacts. as a newer MTG player, i did see energy counters as a really cool mechanic, and wanted to get a precon to start messing with it. There was the fallout deck that was energy counters, but it didnt interest me. THIS DECK HOWEVER!! looks so cool, and upgrading would be so fun, maybe add Jace Reawakened? we will have to see XD

I would LOVE to combine this deck with my Science! deck as the energy-resource gameplay is super fun to me. I'd probably get rid of Grenzo as it seems kinda slow and I'd definitely put in Dr. Madison!

When scrolling through cards and seeing energy cards i was usually really disappointed. They seemed so cool, but there was barely a deck to use them in. I've seen quite a few people complain about WOTC trying to make energy working, but i personally am a fan of it. There are quite a few interesting mechanics from earlier sets which are barely used anymore. For the add, propably Gonti's Aerher Heart and Atherwork Marvels (Yes, i'm using extra turn stuff, don't judge me)

I can honestly see this being wild in cEDH. This card alone makes energy viable, and the entire set having a bunch of great energy cards, like Volatile Stormdrake, will make it go insane. It would’ve been the best commander coming into the set if it had black in it though. But regardless, just add the typical Jeskai combo. No need to heavily include energies. Cut the lands though.

I would LOVE to play a sick Energy deck!! I would take out Whirler Virtuoso since it seems a little weak. I’d put in Assaultron Dominator instead, since attack triggers are fun!!!

Honestly I wanted the Eldrazi incursion deck but I ended up pulling a Liberty Prime borderless foil card from my Dogmeat precon sampler booster pack so I think it was MaRo's way of telling me not to be another Eldrazi menace for my LGS. Rolling the dice on trying a new playstyle.

I'm so excited for the Inverse Polarity card. I really missed energy from Kaladesh/Aether Revolt, so I'll be going through those to see what would be nice to slot in :) I think Lightning Runner off the top of my head.

At my LGS prerelease i was really bummed about having to build a jeskai energy deck but after my first game i came to absolutely love it, cards like unstable amulet, amped raptor, and wheel of potential, and a bunch of creatures with ETB energy gain triggers feels like it would be so much fun with satya! Very excited to do more deckbuilding with this commander :D

I'd definitely take out Overclocked Electromancer because I don't feel it pays in enough to the synergy to be in the deck, and I'd want to put in Madison Li. She's a great value card with tons of flexibility AND graveyard recursion. I'd have to put in more artifacts, but that's not hard in an energy deck

This is the deck I really want mainly because I have well..... 3 other Jeskai decks and two are artifact based. One helmed by Optimus Prime the other helmed by Liberty Prime. I do think I may use this face commander over Liberty if I win. I picked up Aether storm roc for Liberty which will go in. For this deck I would add Liberty Prime, Madison Li. I would take out hmmm Caythe who would go into my Optimus Prime deck for the Fabricate and Proliferate. Other than that I may take out the Filigree racer. It looks fun but it also feels like a nonbo with the commander due to it entering as a non creature card.

Hey there. I used to play magic back in 2005 and wanting to get back in it but as I've been learning these past few days it has changed so much.. like what's a Commander deck... I'm so behind. Any advice will help thank you. I use to play with an angel and zombie deck. Black and white are my fav colors.

I love the video and this is an awesome giveaway. I like the idea of removing mana rocks for powerful cards, but I also feel like maybe this deck could benefit from some better removal. I’m not a fan of Skyclave Apparition for example, so swapping that for an Aerial Extortionist could be a way to slow down an opponent when you’re planing on swinging in for combat since having Satya copy the extortionist can temporarily remove the potential blockers. On this note maybe adding a Swooping Pteranodon can also remove blockers last minute. Excited to add more etb triggers that give energy like aethertorch renegade too with Satya’s ability (just not sure what to swap that in for besides cutting down on the land amount).

Brotherhood Scribe or Synth Eradicator from the Fallout Jeskai deck are great additions for the Energy production. Not too crazy but fun. The main card I would like to think helps the deck a lot is Sundial of the Infinite to help you keep the token produced by Satya. Maybe even throw in an Anointed Procession? So many good cards.

My main concern with this deck is making sure Satya can keep attacking, Menace is nice, but not the best at letting you attack with impunity. So a simple, cheap inclusion might be Manifold Key. This artifact does double duty, makes Satya unblockable, but can also untap your other energy using artifacts ... like Aetherworks Marvel or Aether Refinery.

If I win any of these giveaways I'm giving the deck to my mom no matter what. Now about this deck in particular off-rip I gotta add the saheeli and Felidar guardian infinite combo since saheeli originated from the set that introduced energy, kaladesh. Also, it plays into the etb/token approach you took while providing an additional win condition. I'd cut Whirler Virtuoso & Sphinx of the revelation to start. Then I'd figure out what artifact mana and energy acceleration to add and support other payoffs I think 🤔

I’ve loved energy ever since it was a modern menace, and while the fallout precon was a lot of fun, this one looks absolutely stunning! Synth Eradicator would go great in this deck, build up a small horde of them and gain a bunch of energy each attack, or impulse draw a bunch of cards! With enough of them, pull off hopefully infinite combat with Lightning Runner!

I would love to win this deck as I am just starting to play commander and deck building of that size is a bit overwhelming starting out. With this deck focusing around energy I would seriously consider swapping in Liberty Prime as my commander to take advantage of the energy. Next, I would add in Lightning Runner as a means to smash multiple opponents with a second combat phase or at least allow me to swing big and not leave myself open. I would have to take a good look at the decklist to see what I would drop for that particular addition.

Wow i just love energy and this deck would be so cool to have! 😊. For taking out cards, I would replace port razer for great train heist. I would also add radstorm because it would be interesting proliferating counter! Love the vid ❤
