A week ago a friend mentioned she listens and watches ASMR to help her sleep. Lately i have had increased depression and anxiety because too many things happening all at once and sleep for me is broken up and not restful anymore. I found one of your videos and found it so very relaxing and peaceful. I have made it a point to do this each evening before bed as it eases my mind and thoughts a great deal. Anna is a sight for sore eyes and she also gives soothing audio for the soul. As you alluded to at a certain point in this video about putting off projects, I am very much guilty of that since the start of 2024. I realized it isn't healthy for my mental wellness to be constantly procrastinating because at some point I will will have regrets and remorse that lead to a depression. And yes, it is about time as you mentioned I start and put my focused energy into doing those projects.

I’m slowly coming out of an art block. I deleted the social media I had when I posted it and it’s really started to help. I have to say, you have such a bright presence.
