Step 3: Apply Glue
Start at the base of the bottle and apply a small amount of craft glue or use a hot glue gun. Be careful if using a hot glue gun, as it can get very hot. Work in small sections, so the glue doesn't dry out before you apply the twine.
Step 4: Wrap the Jute Twine
Press one end of the jute twine firmly onto the glue and begin wrapping it tightly around the bottle, working your way upwards. Make sure the twine is close together, leaving no gaps. Apply glue periodically as you wrap to secure the twine in place.
Step 5: Continue Wrapping
Keep wrapping until you reach the desired height or until you've covered the entire bottle. You can experiment with different patterns and techniques, such as crisscrossing the twine or creating diagonal lines.
Step 6: Secure the End
Once you reach the end of the twine, apply a final amount of glue to secure it in place. Press it firmly, ensuring it won't unravel.
Step 7: Add Decorative Elements (optional)
If you want to enhance the design, you can add decorative elements like ribbons, beads, feathers, or any other items that suit your taste. Attach them to the jute twine using glue or by tying them around the bottle.
Step 8: Let it Dry
Allow the glue to dry completely before handling the bottle. This will ensure that the jute twine is securely attached and won't come undone.
