Pam, You made my day with the story of the Lady that died. She had some kind of OCD.. thoughts after they found all the scraps of tiny bits of paper in the garage! I seriously have laughed til tears are running down my face. Going back and watching your video’s is definitely my inspiration and happy place! You are by far the coolest JJ personality! I see you as a super star of JJ extreme talent & humor! No dull Journeying here!

Saw that long handle brush and immediate said (yes, out loud): You’ll poke your eye out! Those things are dangerous in close quarters. 🤣 I knocked my eyeglasses off with a similar brush. I cut several inches off it for my own safety. 😆 Your page is lovely! Thank you for reminding us (me!) that crafting can, and should be fun!

When you said at the first, don't make fun of my bird, I was thinking, wow she draws pretty birds. It's all in the eye of he beholder. I have done the patchwork pages and I have painted on a page and now I will painting on a patchwork page. Why hasn't it occurred for me to do this? I needed you to show me while I was being entertained by you. Thank you for this wonderful video that I will save so I watch can you all over again.

I like these ideas a lot. I think they would be a great way to reinforce the ugly side of a magazine page. Also, I one of my favorite things was the accident, where the back page of the book stuck to the tape. I want to try that on a bigger scale and see how it turns out. Maybe I can use that to add lines for writing.

I paint with watercolours a lot and to be honest your pallet was fine, they always stay ‘dirty’ because you can just restart the watercolours you left on the pallet with a little water. That way you don’t waste any paint. Nothing to be ashamed of 😄

Oh my goodness, this makes my heart so happy! I have your videos on auto play while I am attempting to jump start my creative brain, half listening to them, I finish the artsy-junk journal I am making for a friend and glance up to see THIS!!! And it is EXACTLY what I have been searching for (without knowing it) because all I really have are book pages, scraps of torn magazines, junk mail, markers and paint that I picked up at the thrift store...I have been in such a creative funk because I do not currently have the (financial) ability to make my books PRETTY like yours always turn out to be... stuck in the rut of "can't do nothin' with this" brain.... I cannot thank you enough for making this video for us newbies who are just beginning the artsy-junk journal journey!!!! Seriously, thank you so very much!
