I don’t get ‘tingles’ from ASMR & have struggled with sleep for over 3 years… I’m not into the suggestive stuff, or even a lot of the people on KZbin and the way they try to dress, visuals etc, despite being a visual artist…. But I will say, the tone, the subtle music, pacing and mindfulness imagery, is better for me personally than the countless videos I’ve tried to listen to in the early hours. This is essentially sleep hypnosis, and did actually relax me, because my mind is always all over the place.

get well soon my friend remember to drink your Fluids if you have to don't hesitate to call your doctor. I got really bad pneumonia in summer 2019 almost ended up in the hospital the doctor fixed me up with steroids and antibiotics. went to the doctor July 5th still had rumbling in my chest in November.
