I do get cystic acne on my jaw/cheek areas and athsma I would recommend Differin gel only thing that works for me.

Wrong! Carbs don't make you fat. It's food with fat, trans fat, high cholesterol that makes you fat. Hence why you see people on low carb diets are all fat
