What a happy accident with the broken candle stick, I love how it came out with the dragon fly. I find after rubbing down the entire transfer, to catch an air bubble and ride it all the way across releases the transfer very well.

My suggestion (you did ask), is to start the branch at the edge of the piece so that it looks like it is coming in from a tree outside of the frame. Also, something under to anchor the mushroom, like grass blades painted on in acrylic or dirt using loose watercolour strokes. Perhaps a pot transfer. Something to join the elements. Love your stuff.

LOLOL so you have been aten alive for giving a suggestion or your opinion - been there done that....My experience in UTb is that many creators say "what do you think, live your comments below" and when one dares to tell the truth oh boy hell opens. In here you will not find that type of behavior...this creator is open to suggestions and ideas, which I love...

My suggestion on getting the plastic transfer pulled up(and I hope this is what you’re talking about 😅) is at Dollar Store they sell a toothbrush/tongue scrapper/pick set. I LOVE the pick because it’s so fine to lift up the transfer paper AND sits great for weeding any Cricut projects. I hope this helps. Love your projects!!!!😊

Hi Kim! Not sure how I missed this video posting but we've just gotten over being sick, so I was sleeping a lot. Getting old is not for whimps, so they say, but we're whimpy when we both are sick. 😂 I love the napkin holder. The napkin you used is so pretty and has a vintage feel. @@CreativeDIYPurpose the mushroom is the one out of place...need some grounding maybe place other mushrooms like in line (making like a soil line) and the place some greenery in between them like a 3D effect and the branch connected to the mushrooms from behind...I hope i make sense. Is like making a "soil" line from where the mushrooms are growing and behind them are some branches going up. I hope the suggestion helps. Play with different size of mushrooms...like u find them in the wild...maybe goggle images... By the way thank you for asking for a suggestion...that is very humble of you to do that...many get angry to comments that do not kiss ass or in agreement on what the person doing the video wants...love to help people and give suggestions to improve things...I wish i can have someone that help me to figure out colors or what goes with what predicaments of any artistic creator like us...or creation fry when nothing is working out (usually leave the piece at side until the light bulb turns on again lol) Blessings to you and yours.

One suggestion...never copy the other Utubers with the annoying background music and the speedy gonzalez videos (super fast mode)...Love when i find one that is unique and that teaches me something that I do not know...who says that "old" dogs do not learn new tricks right? Love learning any time i get a chance and love to teach others how to do things the easy way...I have many years of experience, trials and tribulations in the area of creativity...still I do not know everything. Now... suggestions. I have a set of chairs, carved in the upper part of the chairs, 4 are regular chairs and two have arms...I painted them off white and they look pretty good but they are missing something. The fabric is a gorgeous birth motif with teal, very light blue and a tuscan yellow, but i can not figure out what to do with the wood carving part...sometimes i think grey, other times light green, picking up some of the color from the fabric for contrast...the problem is that it will be hard to paint the carved part without messing up the off white part...any ideas? I search goggle and pinterest but nothing...Help!!! the chairs has been sitting (lolol) for about 6 months now....

I agree we can ALWAYS learn from each other. Since my husband passed I admit I'm not in creative mode YET but I wonder is there any color of gilding wax or colored wax an option to pull out the details you want? Maybe mix a touch of paint with clear wax to create your own shade. or is watering down paint to create a light wash an option? Maybe just going in with a light brush to make those details pop. That fabric sounds gorgeous! Also do u happen to be on Facebook where you can post pics for me in my group?
