I know there is a God, but He does not provide the things that people need. There are homeless people in this world, there are people that go without food for long periods of time, there are people that can't have showers or change of nice clean clothes, there are people without a job and without money, the list goes on and on. I don't know why nor understand why God would allow these things to happen to people. So in all honesty He does not provide for our needs. By the way, I love this song I listen to it a lot.

He actually does provide, you just need to seek and believe. Sin is why people experience these horrible things but Jesus(God in the Flesh and God himself) heals.
