Genuinely no one will be able to make me think this ISNT a copy of MI’s Ooger-like they have the same stance, same main weapon (Spear), even the weirdly placed beak on Idra is something Ooger used to have. Since MI got taken down by a false copyright, I wouldn’t be surprised if Ery commanded the underpaid artists she has to immediately “inspire” off of Malg’s Ooger before Malgamations can do anything about it

I can see the stance and spear, but design wise the two aren't similar, and so there I say if it was inspiration its still inspirate and not utter copying. You can take some ideas like shading, hairstyles, eyes, weaponry, etc, but again, appearance wise, they aren't similar.
