I'd personally put Discover on B Tier, or C Tier depending on the person. Discover is a very underrated bank, but if you're starting out with credit or you're a student, they're a immediate Go To since there are cases people get increases with limits via Soft Pulls, and their cash back has Freedom Flex type of benefits to rotate. The cons are that they don't have much perks like the other banks aside from keeping your info secure.

Current cards I’m running in my wallet are the cap1 platinum, cap1 quicksilver, Apple Card, Discover It, and the AMEX Gold card. I had credit one back then when my credit wasn’t the best and I had to cancel that card. They are horrible LOL.

As a former US BANK employee. The best cards are ALTITUDE GO, CASH + (plus if you go into branches they always have $200 promo if you spend $1000) for entry level and super if you have both. The one to avoid is the shopper card because of the cash back limits (only up to certain amount)

Discovers alright. Not the best for rewards or anything. They’re mainly placed as one of the best beginner credit issuers. Besides getting easily approved for your first card, they dont have much else to offer

I've actually been thinking about opening a US Bank Cash+ card, but it feels like one of those "too good to be true" type things. Plus, I've never seen any video or article ever talk about that card or even US Bank as a credit card company as a whole until this video.
