Mera emi moratorium main hai... And next emi date is June 2022.... Till i took moratorium i have paid all the emi's .... kya abhi settlement kar sakte hai or else emi miss karna , bank ka harrashment , recovery agent ka harrashment ke baad he bank khud One Time Settlement dene tak wait karna padega... abhi khud advance main jaake OTS kar sakte hai kya... Hi, I got a new Yes Bank credit card. I wasn't informed that if I don't use it for first 3 months, or shop this amount of money, I will be charged. I lost my card before I could even initiate a PIN. So, now it was not even possible for me to use it. I couldn't shop on the credit card. They billed me with Rs xxxx. I blocked the card, and informed the bank. I said no one informed me about the charges if I don't use it. I was informed only about yearly fee. They still are billing me. I didn't use it, no PIN generation, nothing. Blocked it. Still they say pay us. I won't and I can't because I haven't and couldn't even use it once in my life. Now what to do?
