I could not help but interject. My fondest memory was when I received a Sunday AM phone call. After Creditor recited **phone calls r recorded** I informed her that I record all phone calls, specifically for my own documentation. Especially as a victim of federal identity fraud exceeding 2.5 million-dollars. Documented by the US federal agencies investigation & reported to the FTC. This Incited the woman. She told me I could not record the phone call, it was against the law. I needed stop recording the call immediately otherwise she had to terminate our conversation. The woman was unravelling. Needless to say she hung up. What's most tragic is the companies who are behind the debt collector know the consumers are often suffering financial hardship. Desperately trying to keep their head above water.They prey on. Consumer vulnerability, Especially of the young, elderly, and intellectually naive. Engaging in illegal bullying & threatening coercive tactics. Violating the laws implemented to protect consumers . True tragedy is consumers do not know all the consumer protection laws and rights to protection under the law. Company certainly do not want us to have this information. I would like to say the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau helped me tremendously, before a federal investigation was conducted. I hope this information would encourage others to continue to research when they know they are being violated. Upstanding lawyers like yourselves who really do help people are hard to find. I am very grateful for lawyers like you. When we are fortunate enough to find lawyers like these guys; it makes the fight worthit.

Sounds like this guy knows what he does I need help from a debt collector cursing me at my house calling me a senior citizen sick a bitch and a mother f and I’m sick my husband he did the same way they have visiting my house taking pictures it’s a shame I’ve never been treated this way and they have a bad name I’m a Christian I don’t deserve someone talking to me that way I have proof from 300 ft on my property and the cameras picked up his voice cursing us
