Absolute class as always. The just needed a change comment seems close to what happened with us at Millwall. Most successful manager in a long long time but you left. Is either that or major clear out of players so manager can stay but obviously that would come at a much higher cost than the manager leaving. Keep up the good work 👏

Thanks Paul - yes lots of reasons why credit can be lost. Results probably are the main one but even if results are fine, selections & performances can also be a frustration to everyone! In one of our previous episodes we spoke about how an injury crisis can affect the development of the team! And as we say in this one, you only need to lose one of the four pillars - players/fans/board/media for crdit to drain low and suddenly youre hoping the other accounts have enough in them to stay afloat!
