Bipolar kills....my husband fought this illness for 30 years, and ended his life on Dec. 3 2016. He did everything to win the battle . He was not afraid of the darkness, he was afraid he'd never see the light. Miss him dearly.

i've seen this illness in close family members and getting enough sleep is crucial. Insomnia always triggers something for them.

I agree because I have Bipolar and when I don't get enough sleep it shows alot

Sleep deprivation is the first ingredient to swing moods and then depression

I have bipolar too and I am finally on meds that work pretty well without too many side affects.I still get a little depressed but I know it is just chemical and that it will pass and it does. Some days are better than others.

Ashley Rasnick I have bipolar and it is treatable Thank God. It is not curable but treatable. Bless you in your fight. I fight it daily myself and am now on a medication that isn't too bad on side affects.

I have too Bipolar Disorder diagnostic before 2 years .I was agressive and lots of other things and it took a long time i get the right Therapy since before 3 months .I get Medicin,go to Psychologic and it helps me a lot ,does Sport and il be fine.

I'm glad he took action to control his illness and that first step to self-improvement, whether one's sick or healthy, is _incredibly_ hard (that cozy zone of comfort). Even harder, staying consistent once started! Good luck to everybody out there!
