Oh man. Seeing the Loggers Leap station came down gave me all the nostalgic feels! I first rode that in 1992 and got my last ride in 2013. It was a rainy day and no one was queuing so the ride operators let us stay on for 5 rides in a row! Never got to do Creek Freak but that's fine by me.... Roll on Exodus!

Here from the future, only a couple weeks away from the opening of Hyperia (Project Exodus back then) and it’s odd seeing what used to be there, and watching it get destroyed, but it doesn’t upset me much anymore knowing what’s replaced it

So sad to see, Loggers leap was the first theme park ride I ever went on, way back when the flying fish was in its original location, the sunken garden and model village were still around, Wicked witches haunt was still scaring the S**t out of young and old alike and colossus was nothing more than a plan for the future. Old town (Or Canada creek as I will always remember it as) will always hold a fond place in my memories.

You need to invest in a GoPro! That way you can leave the camera and do a time lapse! Because gopros have Wi-Fi, you can switch it off remotely from Monks Walk if you need to!
