Hi Angelica, Thank you for taking the time to watch my videos and comment. I think you're right. They do seem to be a bit behind schedule. The MUD 123 website states that construction completion is 2nd Quarter 2024. That is fast approaching. Is this just for lakemont residents or those paying to the specified mud districts?

I don’t know the answer to that. I suppose they could put up signs, like at the playgrounds, stating that it is only for Lakemont use.

It looks like it will be a nice park, but sad that our Mud District bonds are paying for it and others will come and abuse it because they didn't pay for it. Maybe it should be private for our two Mud Districts. If it turns out where I use to live, then the HOA had to pay for the maintenance, which raised our HOA fees. Looked like a nice day you had for taking pictures. Keep them coming. Thanks.
