About the checks, is the bank still around? Is the person is still alive? I would ask Edith at Scrapbooking with ME about copyrights and any other questions you may have. She does a lot with old documents. Edith has an email that goes directly to her. You can find it in the description under a video. It's better to be safe than sorry.
