As cursed as the look, they would actually be really useful for stop-motion videos as the official Mario and Luigi are very uncooperative when trying to do certain shots so these would be a good alternative to make things easier.

I actually didn’t have a problem with that. I make stopmotions and have made some stop motions(they’re not on my channel right now) and I managed to have him look good on camera. Maybe one day I’ll put it on my channel

Not really into these I find the whole wave of sets are a bit of a rip off and are dedicated to younger audiences but even then they are dull builds. I just believe they could of been a bit more creative with the electronics inclusion . @LEGO should have made normal mario sets and hidden these printed tiles around the build for a fun inclusion to the change of “robot Mario’s” facial features. Scrapping the idea of having to move around the figure for the race/points feature. This would allow @LEGO to have great and nostalgic sets for display. Perhaps “legoizing” missions or environments from super mario Odyssey or even from the 3ds game. There’s plenty concept for @LEGO and no excuse not to make these
