The fear of being taken away by a stranger has been with me since I was a kid. I never come close to having that happen, but, still. I feel the dread of hearing that story about the kid with the brother named Dan. Thank god the parents named the brother Dan. I never will understand why an adult would take a child away like that.

One time I was at my grandpa’s house and it was already quite dark outside. I was going upstairs (the stairs were outside the house) and I heard barking for maybe 5 steps away from the stairs, but it sounded like a person who couldn’t really imitate a dog 😂 I thought that’s my cousin trying to scare me and said “I know what you’re trying to do, I’m not scared” the barking stopped and I went inside. Imagine how surprised I was to see him inside the house, when there was no way for him to get there before me.

i have a story. i recently went down to my holiday house with a friend in a country town around 3.5 hrs drive away from where i live. my family has owned this property for 40+ years and it was originally bought by my grandparents. whenever my immediate family and i, meaning my sister, mum, dad and grandparents went down all together, my grandparents would stay in the 'out-house' which was a smaller granny flat around 10m away from the main house. we went down together a lot as my grandparents loved it there. but then, in mid 2016 my granny died of cancer, and not long after, nearing december, my grandpa passed as well. because they loved it there so much, we buried them together in the local cemetery which wasnt too far from our house. there are two bedrooms in the main house, so my parents would stay in one and my sister and i would stay in the other. the granny flat went unused unless we had guests over. so on this particular occasion i had a friend over, meaning we would stay in the out house while my sister had the bedroom in the main house. on the first night, i couldnt sleep. my friend was fast asleep, but my heart was absolutely about to beat out of my chest and i was feeling scared for no particular reason. the out house is made out of tin and is surrounded by trees, meaning i could hear everything that landed on the roof. i started to hear footsteps on the roof, like someone was walking on it. the bedroom door was very slightly ajar because i get scared if its too dark. the bedroom door slowly started opening but at first i didnt notice seeing as i was looking out the window and trying to decide whether to shut the blinds or not. i notice it out of the corner of my eye at first, but then when i actually looked at it, it shut to where it was before. after seeing the door open and hearing the footsteps on the roof, i decided i did not want the blinds open anymore. i very slowly got out of my bed and went over to the window. when i had rolled the blinds down and started to walk back towards my bed, my friend moved. she was closest to the door so i had to look in the direction of the door to see whether she had woken or not. thats when i see a white shape move through the door. im really freaked out by now, but i brush it off and get back in bed. a couple days later, im playing a game in the living area with my sister and my friend. my sister goes to the bathroom, so my friend and i start to talk. she tells me about the old woman she saw outside the window earlier that day. shes an early riser, so this was about 5am. at this point, i get really really scared and i tell her about the white shape that went through the door and the footsteps on the roof. my sister comes back in to the room, and behind her is an old couple. my grandparents.

I was on vacation, and my bedroom was on the first floor, which made me kind of scared somebody could just walk in trough my window. One night, I was still half asleep when i noticed that somebody was slipping into my bed, as silently as they could. I started hyperventilating and was about to scream for help, when the person started talking, and i inmeadiately recognized my mothers voice. Apparently my little brother had peed in his bed, so some people switched beds. I didn’t fall asleep again that night, and always locked my window for the rest of my stay there.

6:18 i had something similar, we were driving home at night at we were stopped by the police for an alcohol check (idk if this is the right word) everything was okay so we were allowed to move on. A bit further we saw car lights making odd movements. We drove further to where the accident happened. The car basically crashed and tumbled all the way to the other side of the road. If the police hadn’t stopped us we would’ve been in the accident too i probably would’ve been dead.

(I was around 9-10 ) my dad was just dropping my mom off to work so we were home alone at that time. My sister was asleep in her room upstairs and I was in the living room that had a direct view of the stairs. It was so quick, I saw it from the corner of my eye because I was watching tv - a girl that I assumed was my sister walking down the stairs into the kitchen, I ran into the kitchen but I didn't see anyone. I went upstairs to my sister's room and she was still asleep. I let it go thinking it was just my imagination. Years later (I was 16), this was around xmas time and all my friends and family were over. The teens normally hung upstairs while the parents stayed downstairs. The teens all went downstairs to get food and we stayed there for a while, but one of my friends thought she saw one of us walking upstairs, she ran upstairs in the dark and checked every room but everyone was downstairs. When she told me I freaked out and we were all too scared to go back up😩😩😩

These types of stories are one of the reasons why I sleep with my bedside light on, especially now that I'm living alone. I never watch scary movies at night and also since I recently found your channel I made sure I don't listen to the scary ones after dark. One night I was listening to your channel just before I was going to go off to sleep (it's so hard to resist the temptation to watch just one more video which normally ends up to be at least 5 more videos in my case because you were born to be a storyteller and I love and support your channel). I was sleepy and didn't realise it had moved on to your next video which happened to be the one where a person heard noises coming from the roof and the outcome was the neighbours kid was in the roof space of the person's house. Literally as the story revealed what the noise was I heard scratching in the roof space above my head. I debated about sleeping in one of the other five bedrooms in the house as I am the only one who lives in the family home since both my parents passed away within the past 14 months. I'm terminally ill and I've lived for 11 years when my lifelong specialists only gave me two years at the most so I never thought I'd end up alone. I sleep in a hospital style bed (a much nicer bed so that my room doesn't look anymore like a hospital room that it has to) and breathing is extra hard lying down so I stayed in my bed. It went on for about 12 minutes and then the noise went away. I put it down to it being a possum or something similar but I have a recurring nightmare where I wake up with possums, insects, rats etc breaking through the ceiling landing on top of me. I've not heard it again and possibly if I wasn't listening to that particular story I wouldn't have thought anything of it. The mind is a powerful tool for good but also for other things like paranoia. Xx

True story that happened to me: One day I went shopping in the city I had to go to toilet so I told my mum and went on to the next floor of the shop we were in, there was a cafe near the toilets and there was an old women sitting by herself at the seat closest to the toilet door staring at me with a creepy smileI panicked on the inside but went into the toilet anyway i was petrified but didn’t say anything (I was 12 at the time) when I went out I thought she was gone but noticed her in the men’s section I went the other way and when I looked up she was staring at me yet again I walk a bit faster to the stairs and went to find my mum she’s not there I go down to the next floor and my mum and sister aren’t there either I go back up to the second floor and my sister is there with my mum I told them about the woman and my sister said she saw her as well but we went and got what we needed and I saw her a few times again and pointed her out every time I pointed her out she would stop when we were leaving she was going down the escalator (near the bottom) when we got on. She stopped when she reached the bottom ant started starting at me again with her creepy smile I’ve never been so scared

The story about the guy being in the apartment the entire time, where I live at - it's quite easy to break into a person's apartment if the windows aren't locked. Happened to a friend of my husband, his and his dad's apartment got broken into and the person started a fire in the apartment. They ended up getting kicked out because they were known smokers but however they were gone for that week. Office didn't believe them, not sure what happened to them after that. They only told us they didn't want anybody to know out of fear of the person finding them again. Then another time a guy broke into a different apartment by the office, this guy however tried to break into our apartment first. Didn't work so well because my husband showed up before he got to the porch. We used to keep the front door unlocked because he wouldn't be coming home until 2-3 in the morning and our keys don't work, but after that he demanded to be switched to the morning shifts instead. I'm shocked by the balls on that guy, almost getting killed once then getting almost beaten to death a few hours later. And no my husband and the other guy(who also almost beaten the guy to death) didn't get in trouble with the police or the apartment managers, we got kids and under our state laws - if a person were to break in when there's innocent people living in the house/apartment, the owners have every right to kill that person our of protection.

When I was in high school, both of my parents went to work and my brother went to camp, so I’d be home all day by myself in the summer. I hated being home alone because I was terrified of someone breaking in, but nothing ever happened. One day in July, I was outside reading and felt a tap on my shoulder. A boy about my age at the time was standing there. He said he was new to the area and asked if we could play basketball and I said yes. We played for hours until he said he had to go home because his parents would be worried. My parents still weren’t home, so I went back inside. This continued every day my family wasn’t home that summer. He would come over and play basketball or soccer or something with me all day until he said he had to go home. His name was Jason, and we were pretty good friends. We would play and talk all day long, but he always showed up after my parents left and always had to leave before they got home, so I never got to really introduce him to them, but I always talked about him. When school started in September, everyone was looking at me weird. No one wanted to talk to me. I found it odd. I’d never had that problem before. Around lunchtime, hours of being looked at like something was wrong and being ignored and whispered about, I snapped. “What the hell is going on? What is everyone’s problem?” “No one wants to talk to the crazy kid,” someone said. “I’m not crazy, the fuck?” “Yes you are! You’re that crazy boy who was out talking to himself all summer!” “I wasn’t talking to myself, I was talking to my friend Jason. He’s new, he should be here.” “See? We knew you were crazy, because the only kid named Jason to ever live here killed himself six years ago.” I went into a shocked silence. I’d never been one to believe in the paranormal, but when I did some research, sure enough, I found out that the last family to live in my house did have a son named Jason who died at fifteen years old by suicide.

I have a true creepy story: So my friend had two dogs and she was home alone with them,suddenly her dogs started looking to the front door and just barking again and again.she was creeped out...she even tried to take the dogs to her room but they wouldn't move,they were just barking to the front door,after some time her (2 years old)sister came home from play group in her school and starting screaming to the front door and crying,after like 10 mins,she stopped crying and the dogs stopped barking and were acting normal like they were never looking at the front door,she told her parents after they came home and asked the landlord.....he told them that the person who lived before them died outside the front door!they moved that day and never looked back to that house!

This is currently happening to me. Everywhere I go, I see this same blue car. My school parking lot? There's the car. My friends apartment complex? There's the car. My friends grandparents house(about an hour away)? There's the car. The grocery store? There's the car. Driving down the freeway? There's the car. Everywhere I go, it is the same freaking car. I even have the license plate memorized by now and the car is very distinctive so I know that it's the same car. This is weird and I don't know why this is happening no matter where I go. When I was in grade 6 or 7, I was playing and running around with my friends because we have 10-15 mins to play before class ( It was night, around 7pm, i had an extra class, the place I study was near my house) So there is a playground that we used to play at but it’s a little bit creepy when you’re alone, there are few people crossing that playground. So i went there with my friend (she is older than me), she ride a bike with me, i’m just sitting at the back, that’s when i saw 2 people, a man and a woman standing about 1 meter apart, the man was looking at me, and the woman was staring at her phone. I didn’t notice them at all and my friend, she was going to ride to a place have a lot of vehicle. My mom didn’t allow me to go there so I said that I will run back and she can go there. When I was running back the playground, I saw that man again (I didn’t see the woman) he was staring at me again. I was terrified and run as fast as i can. And then I went in class, my friend was there too. When I sit in the class, I talked about that guy and that woman to my another friend (he’s same as my age) and he said that he saw the woman at that time I saw the guy too, about 2-3mins later?, he didn’t see the guy. I was scared. He said that she was waving at him and asked him to read the text for her??? She isn’t too old tho, i guess she is pretty young but not very. Then he told him he doesn’t know how to read and ran away. lol that’s funny to me but freaks me out at the same time. We discussed about this, we think that they know each other and trying to kidnap us? Well, that’s freaks me out everytime, imagine what will happens if he read the text for her and I slowly walk by. It’s just our thoughts tho.

When I was about 3 I was going to bed and out of my peripheral vision I saw a man in full military uniform. I turned to look straight at him and was still able to see him walking into my parents room. I went downstairs to ask my mom when dad had gotten home (he used to be in the military but had just gotten off or whatever you call it when you stop being in the military but I didn’t know that when I was 3), but he was sitting on the couch. I went back upstairs and checked my parents room, nobody was there.

One creepy story.... My parents were at work and it was at night when this event happened. Just know that I live in a city that was listed to be one of the dangerous in our province. I was in the living room watching while my sister was in her room. We weren’t expecting anyone because if a person wanted to come to our house, they will tell my parents and my parents will tell me Someone rang the doorbell and I paused everything. I was quite scared. I didn’t open the door, I just became quiet. Mind you, this also happened when robbery cases were happening left and right. The next day, I asked my parents if someone was suppose to come yesterday, they said no

I've a creepy story happened to me, sorry for my english It was a few years ago, we were partying to celebrate the end of high-school in the deep countryside in France. I decided not to sleep over there but to go back home at 5 in the morning, it was a 30 minutes drive. maybe 10 minutes after leaving, there were a lot of big branches on the road, because of a storm that happened the early evening. So I went out of the car with the lights left on and I started to push the branches so I could go. While I was doing this, a car stopped behind mine. I went back to my car and continued my road but I sensed that the car behind me was following me, I then decided to not go home in case he was really following me but I started to take any road by chance. The car was still following me. I called one of my dad's friend who is a cop and told him that a car was following me for 30 minutes. He told me to come to his home, he would home the front gate and the front door and to run to the house. I arrived in the court yard and run into his house. Inside, we saw the car stopping near the front gate, a man went out from his car and came to knock on the door. We slightly opened the door and then he told us that while I was pushing off the branches from the road, a man entered my car to hide in the truck. We decided to check, and there was indeed a man hiding. He was escaping from a psychiatrical hospital near. I'm still locking my car every time I'm not in it, even for 2 minutes

I don't like being next to trucks on the road either. The thing about a 20+ minute wait is that this could've either been during a time when police were busy or they lived in a rural area where it can take longer because they only have 1 responding unit to cover a large area.

In the middle of the night at my grandparents house I heard birds laughing near my window.I still have chills whenever I go there.

I live in a kinda bad neighborhood. Crimes happen quite often, and so do creepy things. People like to go hip to people's windows at night, follow you around, or just overall try to lure you to hurt you. People are weird :/. I'm pretty used to it. I mean a drug dealing thing happened at least twice right outside my window. And one of the guys has even come up to the house asking for someone. Turns out the people who lived here before we were druggies and liked to grow their own stuff.

2:11 this happened to me and my friend. We were playing outside and a car stop next to us so we moved where we were playing and the car also moved after a few times of us moving away from the car and the car moving towards us (we were a ways away from her house and didn’t want to go back) the person rolled down the window and asked us to find his dog. He was really creepy and I had a horrible feeling so I just looked at my watch and said we actually had to go. Then we sprinted to my friends house (about a block away)

The story at 8:37 really scared me because my sister had this happen to her but when she looked back she actually saw something. Not a person, not an animal, just a shadow. Worst part about it, she had recently played a game that was related to demons. So now there is a demon that haunts what used to be her room, but now it’s my room.

Hi.. I remember , till now I guess (sometimes)when I'm in an elevator I just hallucinate I mean idk know if u call it hallucinating but that feeling of horror ... Oh my... I used to imagine seeing myself from a CCTV camera footage with someone standing right behind me or me hearing weird noises and nth even happening in reality and every single time I would jump out of the elevator soooo scared .. 😱😱😅

I have sleep paralysis sometimes but once I wake up I forget instantly...But once I woke up with a sharp pain in the side of my stomach like someone stabbed me.I would also feel like someone is watching me when I sleep maybe that's why I don't like it when my room door or closet is open at night.

This didn’t happen to me, but my mom. She moved into a new apartment and the first night there she laid down to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of nails scratching her carpet. She turned in the light and checked under her bed and there was nothing there. The next night she heard it again and checked under the bed again and there was nothing there. After a couple of days she started sleeping with a flashlight thinking a rat was there and that it was running away before she could see it. She heard the sound and looked under her bed with the flashlight but there was nothing there. At this point she was actually getting scared. This sound would happen every night. She asked the main maintenance guy to check the ceiling of the apartment under hers thinking the rat was in their ceiling and when he checked he found nothing. Eventually she got used to the noise happening every night and moved a couple years later. She still doesn’t know what was making the noise.

It once took the cops 5 hours to get to my house when the station is like 5 mins away. An assault in progress and it took them 5 hours to get to my house

The poor, poor person at 04:00 though! As someone who has had such weird fears and has tried fighting them out ALL my fucking life, it just feels so bad that this had to happen the one time they tried! I know it sounds stupid, but seriously such small things can drive you CraZY, not even kidding.

My 10 year old self is going to tell you a story When I was 6 or 7 me and my older sister were outside playing and my mom was outside too but in the garage,then this man came up to me he looked old like in his 50’s or 60’s and straight up asked me if I wanted to be adopted,at that time I didn’t know what adopted meant cause I was still kinda young so me not knowing what it meant said yes cause the man told me “me and my wife would love to have a daughter like you” or something else but I do remember that he told me something about him and his wife so I said yes.My sister was probably in shook or something cause she was just there not knowing what to do cause she was probably 10 or 11 at the time so we went inside than the man still outside went up to my mom and asked her the girl wants to come with me or something and my mom was like mad and said no cause duh I’m her child and she loves me but the man was still asking my mom i could go with him and at that time my mom didn’t know much English cause we are Mexican.A few days later I never saw the man again and I think my mom had called the police or something cause I was walking back from school with my mom and I remembered I started crying.after tat I never saw the man again. I hope kyutie can read my story and react to it but I know she won’t but anyways I love your videos.
