For anyone who doesn't know what the hand is it's a broken pokémon like missingno. People say the monster was originally what you'd meet at the 3rd or tenth floor in a castle something like that. The handed name is literally "White Hand" hence it's appearance.

The Hand is called "White Hand" and it originated from it's Creepypasta talking about how it was a cut Pokemon in the Pokemon Tower, and in the Buried Alive creepypasta, 2 White Hands are on Buried Alive's team and Buried Alive is said to originally have appeared in the last floor of the Pokemon Tower as a boss, but was scrapped and replaced with the Ghost of a mother Marowak as the boss. I have info on creepypasta origins and move used. With Hypno, he's using some sort of psychic-type move to put the player to sleep. When the screen flashes pink, he's using Psyshock to enhance it. Later, losing his head and body crumbling is him putting out so much psychic power he cannot keep himself together. Let's go to MissingNo and Buried Alive. It'll serve as the foundation for Lost Silver. MissingNo is a "legendary" of pokemon red/blue/yellow. The buried alive one is a thought of the final boss of the tower, which was replaced with the spirit of marowak, if I remember correctly. The unique pokemon be has is a white hand, which is psychic-ghost and only knows transform until it does so. It transforms into something the trainer, not opposing pokemon, is weak to. Red went partially insane and tried to capture Moltres, leading him to being stuck on top of Mount Silver. To Lost Silver! The trainer on the left in Frostbite is indeed Gold, with his typhlosion. Typhlosion is gradually losing health and PP using Flash Burn to keep Gold alive. Red, on the other hand, is so beyond death he doesn't care.
