Few days back, I was diagnosed with Typhoid and later on few days dengu. I had severe constipation. Doctor gave this in hospital. It gives good result. Although, after discharge, I tried taking it by skiping one day so that my body doesn't become used to this. I found good result after trying three time practice. Also, I am taking soft food diet. I experienced that as long as we take soft food, there is no constipation. I am also suggested to include salad in meal, it helps in digestion. Also, I am reducing taking milk tea, if I strongly crave for tea then take black tea only. Please see if it works with anyone. Also, add some more tips in comments so that it helps someone.
