It is such a disheartening to see the loss of our Tibetan boy at such young age who was in SFF HQ Est no 22 6 Vikas Ravangla Sikkim, As per army sources the cause of death is heart attack and on 8 July family received the body of deceased at 5.30 PM. Our settlement councillor. Ex Army organisation heads , Few neighbours n family approach me to make vlog for the visual evidence and video statement for documentation and records which is vital for both army and civil authorities..
