You can also very quickly create a flattened simplified rep using one of the two farthest right buttons in the flat pattern preview window (1:20). (One is those buttons creates a flat pattern family table instance and the other creates a simplified rep - can’t remember which is which at the moment.) It doesn’t save a tremendous amount of time from your current method, but I don’t think it requires you to have an unbend as your last feature and it’s quick and clean. Thanks for the video as always

I have a rolled plate (pipe) with a sketch that is patterned around an axis to the surface of the pipe. When I rip the pipe to create a plate, and use unbend, not all the sketches follow the unbend feature. Almost all does, but some seem to break into separate lines within the sketch and get scattered. Do you have experience with this, maybe a sollution?

@@CADPLMGuy It's a water pipe where I have sketched a vane to counter rotation of water in the pipe. The vane has a geometry making it much easier to use the pattern than to sketch each vane.
