Aight I had to wait a while and think this one through, as this one is longer than most others. Okay... First on the agenda, the saxophone. Damn you, you spoil us. That's all! Second, there seems to be several different electrical melodies in this one, and I enjoy that each one has their own different... I guess we'll go with "wavelength". It really draws out every element of this one! Third, I love that you gave yourself time to build up in this one, given the longer duration. The minute prepping for the drop, and then the fake-out for the first really had me on my toes. Then, the REAL deal! The bass pauses, albeit light, give it this methodical feel, combined with the low... uh... "bum-bums". I think of a gauss rifle sniper perched on a cliff picking people off with ease, with a battle raging around, but with the sniper honed in on his process. Damn Halo 2 Jackal Snipers... Fourth, the chill segment after the first drop reminds me of a little tune from old Gameboy games, or perhaps an old noir-themed arcade game. Anyone remember that old Ducktective game? Yeah, that! SWEET! Fifth, the stretching between the two drops connect perfectly, all the melodies never really leave. This makes the second, "hotter" build-up perfect for... Sixth, the right-into-it drop. The "No fake-out this time, here ya go buddy" schpeel! It flows well and is quite epic. It continues this image of the sniper, except no easy pickings for him now. The enemy is upon him, and he draws his sidearm, holding out as long as he can. A futuristic battlefield of death. Sweet! Finally, the ending piano and violin bit was a beaut! I have a soft spot for electronic orchestral, and this has to be my favorite part, tied with the nostalgia-for-some-reason tune following the first drop. The noir tune, futuristic sniper imagery, and finally flowing piano bring me back to the beautiful music from Halo 3 ODST, a masterful soundtrack full of noir piano and violin. Why am I thinking of Halo today? Who cares! Creo uploaded! Great job bro, love from a fellow cold place, Minnesota!

Two years ago, when I discovered this channel, my life changed to before and after. From that moment, your music began to accompany me. It affected me very much. I became more disciplined, calm and motivated. That helped and helps me cope with difficulties in my life. I can give you an example. Before I met your channel, I already knew that I was giving up playing the piano, because I thought that I was simply not able to play complex compositions. but then I heard a song - "Dimension". And I just fell in love with this song. I promised myself that I would learn it no matter what. After a few weeks of hard work. I was able to learn this song and play it. This gave me such a strong jump in motivation that I immediately dismissed doubts about my abilities. And at the moment, I don't even think about giving up playing the piano. Thank you Creo. Just thank you. I've only been listening to your songs lately :DD

Right, was gonna edit that other comment later but I started an “Oye” chain and I don’t wanna break it. I’ll do the same thing I did with Octane and wait a bit before giving feedback Edit: I’m REALLY happy with how this song turned out, I wasn’t expecting it to sound like this at all. The return to the sax was amazing, especially considering it sounds different from your other sax-heavy songs (Although some parts do feel a bit like Dimension) Another thing I’m really happy about is the length. You’ve made a lot of 3-4 minute long songs for the past few months, so I welcome 5 minutes with open arms. Sometimes longer songs can get tiring to listen to, but this song has enough variety to prevent that from happening. Both drops are spectacularly different, and the parts in between are just as awesome Excuse my lack of vocabulary here, but the part after the first drop where the song lets go of the sax in favor of a Glome-esque attitude really hit home for me. (2:07) It sounds like a pre-loaded song that was in a keyboard that my sisters and I used to play with a lot, so it was a nice taste of nostalgia. On the topic of the sax again, the sheer variety of sounds used in this song is astonishing. I didn’t even know the sax could make some of these sounds, I’m really impressed. I think In Circles just lost the title of your best sax song, because this is REALLY good I don’t know where you gained the magical ability to make your songs end beautifully lately, but this has to be my second favorite ending of any of your songs (Shine is still first, Red Haze is third). It’s so peaceful compared to the rest of the song, it sets it apart from everything else and I’m loving it I don’t know if anyone else is on the same boat as me, but I like this upload schedule ten times more than the usual one. My home life gets a little wonky, and this schedule fits around it perfectly. Would love it if you continued with this, but obviously you shouldn’t change it just because I say so. I would make a poll on Twitter or something, I’m interested to see who likes Mondays or Fridays more Not much else to say aside from the usual “Good work!” and “You get better every time!” so I’ll leave this here. Pre ordered on iTunes, I’ll probably be listening to this on repeat for a few days. This will more than likely make it into my top 5 favorites! (And I’ll be ordering the shirt along with an Octane shirt very soon ;) )

The more I think about the title, the more it seems to fit the song. The word "lightmare" is a combination of "light" and "nightmare", which are practically antonyms in context. Light is usually associated with happiness, hope, or freedom, given it is what allows us to see everything around us and its depth, color, and intensity. A nightmare on the other hand is a world in our heads that can't be seen by light, and is the epitome of our greatest fears. Therefore, the combination of these suggests a dark, cruel world with a calm and still vibe that doesn't put you at edge. This is almost exactly what I imagine when I listen to it, and I'd imagine is similar to what other's feel. Great job Creo, your music is deeper than anything we could ever envision!

Most songs get old over time the more you listen to it, but for this absolute masterpiece, the more I listen to it, the better it sounds!!! The noises Creo makes are truly one of a kind. I wish we had more Creos make even more amazing Creo music because I can never get enough of Creo. 100/10 music (no, there was no typo). I hope you never stop making this perfect music, Creo!

Damn this is the first song I've heard from you, I'm so glad this showed up in my recommended because this is a masterpiece. Cant believe I didnt find your channel sooner, but it looks like over the next few days I'm gonna be listening to your music! Probably a lot longer than a few days. I also really like the name Lightmare, it puts an image of some horrific event that occurred but in full daylight for all to see rather than hidden in darkness and mystery.

Some people may think he's overrated, cuz he has so many song awards from the GD 2.1 awards and everyone compliments him but, honestly, I feel like he deserves all the support. He's one of the best artists I've seen ever, and he probably needs all this stuff to keep him motivated. I hope he keeps making songs for a long time, and I hope people keep supporting him.
