Great, I've done the same model but didn't have meshing issues as in your second kinematic analysis, the only difference is I've had the teeth designed according to involute curve equations, that could be the reason why you're having that issue since there is also teeth overlapping in your other kinematic analyses. Thank you for the video it was great.

Great tutorial. Is it possible to drive the pitch Diameter in the mechanism gear connection by a relation or parameter?

That was a great video. I really learned. But seems like there was a problem in the motion analysis at " 5: 51 ". If you observe carefully, the sun gear is not meshing properly with planet gear. This is due to the reason I guess the direction of the sun and the planet must be the opposite. Similarly, the direction of the ring gear should be in the same direction as the planet gear.

The problem is not there for me in Creo 6.0.
