As Helena Agathon stated at the Fall of Daidalos in Battlestar Galactica Deadlock, "All Empires must Fall". Tekkadan fell so others can move forward, eventually it will the turn for others too. Gjallarhorn might meet the same fate as no faction/organizations rule forever.
