Hi Cheryl! Cresswind is in Lakewood Ranch, which is part of Manatee County just north of Sarasota. You could get to Anna Maria Island or Lido Key Beach in about 45 minutes from here.

Maybe a stupid question. But can you still buy under 55 in this community?! And with all these homes, is there an option to pay for the interior decoration/lamps, kitchenware, etc? I can't imagine they come furnished.

Most 55+ communities do have a percentage of residents than can be under 55+, so that is definitely a possibility. They do not come furnished, but they can provide the resources to find similar or the same options that you see in the models!
