I spent 10 days in Plananias this summer. It was great. Lots of nice restaurants. I enjoyed the fresh fish at Nisos, right on the ocean. There's a little street-level train tour company that takes you to different villages. It's a great way to see the surrounding areas. I stayed in a hotel called Varouxakis, which I highly recommend. If you can get a room w/ a view, you'll have the most amazing sunsets each night.

Been there last month.. it was very crowded on the streets a lot of tourist. Its nice to see that beautiful place...

Zameer ciao! Luca here. I give you 2 ideas: 1) why don’t you help foreigners to rent apartment or villas in Crete? You being a local can avoid problems and you have a better understanding if prices are right for a monthly or even a yearly rent/contract 2) why don’t you learn how to help Italians or other Europeans to move permanently to Crete? Taxes are much lower for retired people like me and….millions of others…. I think you could make good money out of it while helping tourists! Ciao!

Think: if you tell agencies how many contacts you have on the social media …..and the work you can do to facilitate them to be in contact with thousands of tourists….u can make good money!
