Crete Lakes March 2022.... CARNAGE....

Hi RIchard watch all the vids full of handy info. Going to Crete lakes on October 8-15 for the first time and seen you’ve been out there around that time of year and just wanted to know you views on how much bait to order and what would be your 1st choice of swim and why. Cheers

Octobers a good time to go… take 15-20kg with you and maybe keep some £££ aside in case you need more over there … they keep plenty of cell at Crete… swim wise well that’s hard because of the draw… if it was my first time I’d look at lakes 3,4,5 2 can be hard but rewarding 5 can be awesome too

Appreciate it bud.. no issues taking bait, personally ld take 20 kgs of your fav bait however l would recommend cell as that’s what’s going in most of the time… I’m off there 21st of this month and will be doing another vid to inc a Q&A section as l get asked these sorts of questions all the time… however, choosing a lake would cone down to your preferred fishing style mate… personally l would keep away from 1 and 2 as they can be moody but having said that they have some huge lumps in… go for 5 if you come good in the draw and listen/quiz Matty and Dale the bailiffs they will point you in the right direction… hope that helps bud and pls like n subscribe

Hi mate love the videos and well done. I do have a question if you don’t mind please. I am going to Crete for first time this year…..is a bait boat better on these waters, do you see using one as an advantage. Any basic pointers…… I appreciate it thanks

Hi Aaron thanks for the comments… lm a massive advocate for bait boats at Crete… l would highly recommend using one… if the fish are in front then a boat full of 3-4 kgs crumbed boilies over each rod can be devastating… l don’t see too many people spiffing out there tbh… lm out there again Saturday so keep an eye out for the next vid pls like and subscribe bud thanks

Hi Rick, l mix it up mate, I’m self drive 21st of this month however l went on the coach in March… regards to bait .. take 20kgs with you bud and pre order through the website should you feel you might want more out there… hope that helps and pls like n subscribe really helps out the channel

Hi bud, mainline cell is the way fwd, l take 15 kgs with me and pre order another 10 kgs at least… the lakes have been treated so the chance of weed would be low at that time of year, use a Korda safe zone leader with a chod or helicopter rig l tend to go with a spinner rig white and yellow hookbaits soaked in goo really do work too… hope that helps bud pls like and subscribe also visit www.tackkejunki.co.uk

Does the house boillie do well ? I'm taking 20kg of bait guru salamino it empties lakes up north so it should do well well see but I am buying 10kg of cell when I arrive because cell is cell....

@@scottyscarpyones Hi bud not sure on the Crete specials haven't used them, recommend you try one rod on your baits and another on cell...fill it in
