Crew-5 Mission | Return

After 157 days in space, Dragon and Crew-5 NASA astronauts Nicole Mann and Josh Cassada, JAXA astronaut Koichi Wakata, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Anna Kikina returned to Earth and splashed down off the coast of Florida at 9:02 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 11.

There are humans inside that fireball falling at hypersonic speed.💫 The open parachutes looked like jellyfish floating in the starry sky. Those scenes were very impressive. The crew members, who were carefully extracted from the capsule, evoke thoughts of the birth of life.👶💕

There are a lot of people who are opposed by the founder of SpaceX Elon Musk. But in my eyes he's a true icon who finally set off the dreams of multi planetary travels. Steven Hawking did predict that humanity will go extinct if we don't become an multi planetary species. I do believe that Elon Musk stands behind Hawkings predictions. Musk is an icon and taking the route where a lot of people believe that his goal is impossible and improbable.
