CRF450R Dirt Bike To QUAD Conversion Finished!

I was tired of waiting for a new TRX450R … so i built my version using a 2022 CRF450R dirt bike. I installed my normal Trike kit on the back half , and then built a “bolt on “ quad kit for the front half using Long travel TRX450R components
I have some tweaks to make but overall am very excited to finish this and get it on a motocross track.

I never liked how low either the yfz,or trx bars were from factory anyways. Then when I added a plus 2 stem I didn't like the flex above the stem mount. Your setup allows a tall bar setup for full size riders and looks to address the flex issues I have on any normal sport quad with a plus 2 stem. Not a huge fan of this crf based unit but the ktm 300 and yz 250 based builds you mentioned....oh man I'm so excited!!!

It's truly sad that a 3rd party, custom shop puts the R&D into something this awesome and the main manufacturers just let it all go. By no means is that a negative comment towards BVC. Absolutely love what these guys are doing, just wish more manufacturers would get on board and start seeing some variety again. This is coming from a Yamaha guy. Options are always good, keeps everyone innovating and on their toes.
