Or do you mean "I will make you proud Daddy" thingy? In the game, it was mentioned that Elizabeth did not even remember her name, so she did not even remember her family. And there's proof. Elizabeth did not recognize Michael when he worked at the FNAF SL. At least he had to remind her of her father, but that didn't happen. William probably found Elizabeth first and told her that he was her father, and that he would be proud of her, if she will kill the night guard of AKA Michael. I don't think Elizabeth even thought about not touching the guard. For her, Michael's an enemy, he electrocuted her, by the way. But I can assume that when Elizabeth found out what her father had done, she would have changed sides right away.

Elizabeth and the others killed Michael to exit from the place they were, they used Michael body to exit. Elizabeth didnt know it was him, but still, she didnt killed Michel because William sayed so. And they all turned into Ennard. (F. Freddy, F. Foxy, Ballora and Baby)
