I’ve just found this series and really enjoying it. I’ve not bought a cricket game since cricket 19 but I’m sorely tempted to get cricket 24 now.

In the most cooked game I've seen, I scored 313, the number nine got 198, and the number 11 got 344*. I expected England (my team) to declare and force a reesult but we kept batting and got a massively one sided draw, scoring 1387-9 in second dig. And by the time I had come in to bat, we were 500 runs ahead on first innings. SO COOKED (Cricket 22, the abundance of bugs led me to switch to Ashes Cricket 17/18 soon after)

Strong disagree. Wood took 8 wickets on a batting paradise and then was involved in the winning partnership. Woakes only took 1 wicket. Bowlers always get shafted with MOTM so it's great to see them finally getting the chocolates.

Something that I tend to do with the old ball is bowl exclusively cutters, as the ball is likely to deviate off the pitch (i.e. spin) more when it is older. New ball = swing, old ball = cutters/spinners bowling. 7:05 It's pronounced 'Moo-yay-yay' I think. Not sure though.
