I'm sorry to say but this is not Big Ant's year with AFL 23 and now Cricket 24. Cricket 24 seems like very little effort just to get it to the "international stage". Unfortunately the only new thing noticable without playing is the menu. Not even the scoreboard has changed. It's quite poor that the only thing big ant focused on was including licensed bats. A nice touch but not good compared what else they've done. Very, very disappointing game and we all know it.

I bought this game as I didn’t own cricket 22 and I must admit, it’s shocking. Fielders incredibly slow. Unable to stop a boundary 10 metres from where they started. Backwards throwing 😂 the most insane miss fields. Tap and run to anyone on the inner circle. The list goes on… Perhaps the most frustrating of all is that I find it almost impossible to take any wickets with my career player. Perfect jump and release almost every delivery and still nothing. This alone makes this game incredibly boring. Ohhh and the commentary is wayyyyyy off. And why the f*** are there flames for a three day village cricket game 😂 I’ll stop now

@@a_tall_carrot I haven't played it yet but judging by watching youtubers like Dean play it, i agree with everything you are saying and to be honest I feel your pain. I was so excited for this game. When cricket 22 came out the graphics seemed more iffy/worse than cricket 19 and so did the overall feel of the game. When cricket 24 came out it's just another downgrade tbh. They just keep getting worse and worse and worse. Big Ant has made it so we don't hold any hope for the next cricket game

Hey twistie have you noticed that when you bat or bowl there is a circle of grass which sourrounds you and is good quality, but all the other grass is pretty poor graphically. A very petty thing but it's noticeable for me. Along with this, whenever I am batting in the game and take a quick single, the AI is terrible and just slowly picks the ball up and throws it to the keeper regardless. Hoping for a patch ASAP

Hi Dean, i just upgraded from 19 to 24 so obviously there is a big difference when it comes to game physics/mechanics, So can you please confirm one thing about pitch marker display time slider. I tried to tweak this slider for better timing i shifted it from 30 to 50 and then 50 to 80 and then finally i shifted it to 100 but there is no difference in the marker display time and i checked this on all the difficulties (easiest to hardest) there is no difference..so can anyone please confirm is this was normal in 22 as well or its a glitch in 24.

22 also has this issue... only in cricket 19 that pitch slider will work... because I tried both 19 and 22... in 22 there won't be much difference if we increase the slider also...
