Hi Sid, just a bit of feedback - I did this routine of simply bouncing the ball on the bat prior to batting on Saturday plus watching it all the way round the ring back to the bowler and apart from making 40-something quite comfortably, I hit the very first ball, a fifth stump half volley, for a cover drive boundary! So this proves you can teach on old dog new tricks! Thanks! Ian

Sir I did this and I really helped me indeed, I don't have enough words to say thank you to you!!!! But whoever is watching this video I would suggest follow this process u know what what this process is gonna do, first it will calm you then you will see the ball quite easier, your foot moment will be good because you won't be thinking about foot moment you will be thinking about ball and that thinking will make your foot move itself.

Absolutely sir this is helping me ....i have tried in last 4 matches ...and my average is 102 in last 4 matches ....i was &itting the ball in the nets very well.... Hi Sid... what to say about this video. This worked like charm the very first time I used it. Never imagined that this simple trick can do wonders. I am 40 years old and with the age, I started losing focus on the ball... I am not a big hitter of the ball but still got out LBWs and bowled numerous times at the start of my innings and that too to straight deliveries while defending. This made me nervous every single time I was going into bat and finally dropped myself in the batting order. But yesterday, after watching your video, I promoted myself one down and applied this technique and guess what... scored 91 not out and too against No. 1 team of our league. Obviously, there were technical flaws in my batting when I got out previously, but this trick gave me the mental strength to overcome my technical gaps. Thank you so much for this and will definitely recommend this to others. Love from USA

cracking idea Sid, I will try this week! Just a practical observation - these days the ball starts with the umpire as the new bat comes to the crease but using the principle described one can obviously follow it out of their pocket probably via the captain and onto the bowler

Thats the idea. Whenever you are not facing the bowler don't allow your mind to think anything negative. Ball watching occupies the mind and once you are set , the game is so easy. We all know that don't we!

This is to all my cricketer friends , please try to follow this technique . I had a chronic problem of concentrating before the bowlers bowled their delivery. Recently I am applying this particular technique and things are much easier for me now . Everyone do have his / her own way of concentrating before the game . Hi Sir, This Video is really insightful. My Coach explained me that in cricket 60% is Mental strength, 30% Technique and 10% Luck.
