At what time, both the teams need to give list of super over players. Like start of the match or start of super over?

Suppose bowler made 2 beamer ( no ball ) in super over if that bowler can change or continue ???

In this case "That bowler thus suspended shall not be allowed to bowl", So the super over shall be completed by another bowler, If incase subsequent super over (who shall neither have bowled any part of the previous super over) Reason : This is Umpires decision (Law - 41.7 - Unfair paly) "the bowler’s end umpire considers that there is a risk of injury to the striker".
