Australia has some unfathomably large grounds, plus this was (I believe) a WBBL game, so 89 metres is enough and then some for any ground, well deserving of being in here. For reference your average men's ground is anywhere between 60 and 75 metres track to rope, and shave 5ish off that for women's games. So yeah, close enough 90 is a mammoth hit
@jacewilliamson46984 жыл бұрын
@@TheRealGod18 well the WACA ground in Australia is 149x139m, that's only 75 and 70 m for the centre of the ground, even less to some boundaries if you're on the end track. And that is even in Australia. The north western boundary at Lord's is only 60 m from the block as well. So yeah, 60 meters is common for a boundary distance, probably even more than 80 or 85 m boundaries
@onmysecondjourney55104 жыл бұрын
@@jacewilliamson4698 89 metres six is by no means a mammoth hit. Bigger sixes than that are hit every now and then.I have seen much shorter and skinnier batsmen hitting well over 100 with ease. 89 mtrs is a quite average one.
