Basically there is international cricket, then domestic cricket, then grade cricket, then club cricket, and below all of that, there is village cricket. "Village" cricket is the cricket that is played between unorganized or non-massively-competitive (ie they might want to win, but they are regular people, with regular jobs, and aren't training every day of the week to try and win a championship or something. They're just enjoying playing cricket) teams, from all walks of life, and of all ages, for fun (ie the quality is low but the enjoyment is high). For example, my Dad is part of a group of around 25 men, all middle-aged, who form two teams, three times a year, and play a 60-over-per-side game for fun. They are all terrible, but have a great time. Screaming "village!" about Watson's runout basically means "wow, that was awful and amateur from Watson. In that moment, he looked like he'd never played international cricket, that was an amateur, comedy mistake, just like my Dad forgetting to run during a village game!"
