Thanks so much for this tutorial. I am thankful that you used the same colors as the one in DS because it makes it much easier to follow when making it the first time. After I make it once I can possibly try to embellish a bit differently but for the first attempt having it done exactly as the cut appears in DS is very helpful. One helpful tip I got on another video was that instead of liquid glue, maybe use tape on the back when gluing the tabs down...faster and less mess with tape tabs.

I only have 5 Easter cards to make, so I thought I would try it once and see how difficult it would be. After seeing your video, I think I will be able to make it without any trouble. You are very welcome. In design space go to projects > cards or in projects you can search Butterfly pop-up card and it should take you right there. Hope this helps.

I use Design Space along with my Cricut. Cricut is a die cutting machine and Design Space is their software. Hope that helps.

Thank you for this tutorial. I just have one question: When you insert the butterfly tabs, do you glue down just the end to the first score line or to the second score line? Mine doesn't pop up when the card opens and I couldn't tell from your video if you pulled the tabs through to the second score line or just to the first. Thanks.

Hey, I pulled it through to the first score line. Hope that helps with getting the card to pop up.
