I made this T-shirt over the weekend it’s adorable. I did a white T-shirt with black Smart Iron Vinyl for the design. When I uploaded the file it would not allow me to ungroup as you did. So I got creative with the contour tool and was able to separate the bear from the words. Necessity is indeed the mother of invention! I was able to separate them that way and size them. It worked the same as your method just not quite as slick and quick! I have no idea why design space would not allow me to ungroup the design. But all‘s well that ends well it worked and I love the shirt! Thanks again for yet another amazing video I’m so glad I found your channel on KZbin! 😊

The shirt came out great! It's so cute! I have 2 shirts to make for my husband and I so will definitely try it on the joy! Hi thanks for you lovely video. I have few questions. I used the same smart vinyl papers for my designs for my t-shirts I used the iron-on for printing. After few days I had to go out so when I ironed it with a normal iron but all the writing came off. Could you please advise me what I should do? 😊

I hate it when my nice scissors get bugged up with adhesive - and these special green-handled scissors have been a "little" thing that makes a huge difference. I’m surprised you wear non-pastel colored clothing! 🤣 It came out great...Love the navy and white together! Quick questions... The pad doesn’t need to go inside the shirt? Is that only for infusible ink?

I know, right!? If it's not pastel, it is navy for me! You don't need to place the mat inside the shirt, only if you prefer it that way. For infusible ink, you don't need to either...you will just want to make sure you use the cardstock inside your shirt to prevent ink from potentially getting on the back of the shirt. I personally put my shirts on top of the mat for both iron on and Infusible Ink.

Hi!! Newbie here. Looking into these machines and the Joy has just the footprint I can handle. Question, do you have to buy the Easy Press or can you just use an iron? I'm guessing the temp indicator is maybe key?

You can use an iron, but I will say that I found it really difficult to be successful with it. I quickly bought a EasyPress 2 after I started crafting because the iron was too much of a headache for me. However, I know others have been successful with an iron. I just prefer the simplicity of setting my temperature on the EasyPress. Hope this helps!
