Cycle of Sideshow's Barotrauma: 1. They start the round and start the RP. 2. They fiddle around for a bit until they relise that they need to do their jobs. 3. Either their RP gets too rowdy or some Monster comes along and shit gets fucked. 4. Half of them die trying to get to the suits and the others try to salvage the RP. 5. They end the round. Repeat.
