CIS served as the soundtrack for my time in Africa in March. I listened to nothing but "I Was Trying...", and they changed my life. I don't think the world will ever be the same without their incredible music.

My band was lucky enough to play with them when they came to newcastle in 2007. Out of all the bands with big fanbases we played with They are the only one who actually took the time to watch us play and hang out afterwards, most wouldnt do that. Shame that they packed it in you dont come accross many bands like this.

@HeliWolf420 I was supposed to see them with Streetlight Manifesto. But the singer from the Wonder Years came out and said that one of them had to have some immediate oral surgery. So they didn't play. That was the first show of that tour they missed. A month later i read they hadn't played another show and they broke up. I was so bummed. And i didn't even get to go to their final shows later that year. R.I.P. Crime In Stereo. The Contract is my favorite melodic hardcore release of all time.
