This case stinks from the start! This sister, Moushami should be sent to jail for drip feeding information to cops. First she talks like a free flowing tap alleging XYZ with no evidence. Then, years later, she still has more to give to the cops which she failed to disclose years earlier! Seriuosly? Sounds more like fabricating evidence to fit the crime. I don't know whether he is guilty or not but she (Moushami) is definitely guilty for not coming clean to (a) her family about what was happening with Manju, and (b) drip feeding evidence to the authorities. Very difficult decision. Where did Mosmey get evidence after 15 years. How come the Doctors changed their postmotem report. Court must proof crime beyond reasonable doubt. I like crime patrol but this sounds imbalanced.

This man escaped justice because he was a celebrity and the girl's family supported him. When Sanjay Dutt was arrested everyone wanted to pardon him. His media image of a crime hating man was destroyed when his previous frauds in Britain came to light. The opinion of doctors were divide about the nature of the wound. But having no finger prints on Gun and knife shows that the gun story was false and told just to assert the suicide intention. Both the gun and knife were cleaned to remove his finger prints.

Still confusing. Courts are supposed to be impartial. The onus of state is to convince the court beyond an unreasonable doubt. Murder is unprescribed for 20 years. New evidence concerning murder should be produced before convicting the criminal. Character trait does not concern the facts in this case.
