दिल्ली पुलिस के मुंह पर इतना जबरदस्त थप्पड़ है कि इस का निशान काफी समय तक दिखाई देगा और दर्द भी बहुत ज्यादा होगा इतनी हैवानियत कि हैवान भी शर्मिंदा हो जाय देश की राजधानी दिल्ली मैं खुलेआम 4 दरिंदे एक लड़की को उठाकर ले जाते और दिल्ली पुलिस अपनी फॉर्मेलिटी पूरी करती है क्या हमारी कानून व्यवस्था सही है जिस देश में औरतों को दिन में डर लगता है उस देश की राजधानी मैं यह भयानक हादसा रात में हुआ क्या यह पहला हादसा था या आखिरी इसका जवाब किसी के पास नहीं है मगर क्या हमारी कानून व्यवस्था को औरतों के प्रति हो रही इस तरह की अमानवीय घटनाओं के खिलाफ कोई सख्त रवैया अपनाना चाहिए या मूक दर्शको की तरह ऐसे ही हैवानियत का नंगा नाच देखती रहेगी इस तरह की हैवानियत क़त्ल से भी ज्यादा भयानक गुनाह है क्योंकि कत्ल से तो इंसान एक बार ही मरता है मगर इस तरह के हादसे का शिकार सारी जिंदगी ही मर मर के जीता है। पहले पुलिस को सामने साबित करो उसके बाद अदालत में साबित करो तकलीफ होती है उस भयानक हादसे के बारे में सोचने से भी याद करने में इसका जरा सा भी एहसास है कानून बनाने वालों को इस कानून के रखवालों को कई बार देखा जाता है कि कानून के रखवाले ही कानून की धज्जियां उड़ाते हैं और इस तरह के भयानक हादसों को अंजाम देते हैं ऐसे हालातों में विक्टम की जिन परिस्थितियों उसका अंदाजा कोई नहीं लगा सकता आखिर कब तक हमारे देश में महिलाएं के साथ इस तरह के अमानवीय व्यवहार होते रहेंगे जब तक जब तक के कानून सख्ती से इन दरिंदों के साथ पेश नहीं आएगा कुछ क्राइम ऐसे होते हैं जिनमें सबूत और गवाह सब कुछ तुरंत सारी दुनिया के सामने होते हैं जैसे निर्भया हत्याकांड में हुआ था उसमें भी सजा सुनाने के लिए कानूनी प्रक्रिया को इस तरह से अपनाया गया इतना ड्रामा किसलिए सारी दुनिया जानती थी जिसके लिए कि मुकदमा चला क्यों क्या उन दरिंदों को फैसला ऑन द स्पॉट जैसी एक मिसाल कायम करके इंडिया गेट पर खुलेआम फांसी लगानी चाहिए थी तब शायद दूसरा कोई भी दरिंदा इस तरह की दरिंदगी करने से पहले सौ बार सोचता मगर पता है कि सालों में तो केस नंबर पर आएगा उससे पहले जमानत तो मिल जाएगी उसके बाद तो पता नहीं और कितने कुकर्म करेगा वह उन कुकर्मों की कोई रिपोर्ट होगा या नहीं । औरतों पर हो रहे अत्याचार के लिए सबसे ज्यादा जिम्मेदार हमारे देश की कानून व्यवस्था है।।

Her cell phone was on. If it were USA a phone call made to 911 by her friend would have alerted the authorities and they would have tracked the kidnapped girl's location. Police helicopters help too in such scenarios. Why doesn't Delhi police invest in hi-tech police choppers with forward looking infrared cameras? What's the big deal? So much black money in India. In high crime areas like Delhi a fleet of police helicopters is a must to track down such suspects. Also build more jails and lock the criminals up and don't give them bail. India lacks jail infrastructure. In USA over 50 lacs inmates are locked up.

I have just one question - Why hasn't any of our Prime Ministers done anything to make India safer? A PM has full authority to implement systems to obviate such crimes. Unfortunately, nothing has been done for the same. In case people start asking, how can one make India safe? Step1: Start with New Delhi and make streets covered under CCTV coverage. (you would be surprised to know how cheap it is to make an area covered under CCTV) Step2: Install CCTV in Police Stations and monitor every steps Police takes. Step3: One police can easily patrol 200-300 sq. mt. and make sure that the area is monitored. How about ensuring the same. There are already enough COPs in India. Ironically, they are not effective. If each COP does his/her job honestly, cities would be cleaner and safer. Ironically, none of the Prime Ministers ever felt the need to ensure the same.

Don't just blame PM... I know he will make police dept. hi tech... but before that understand the problems... Police comes under State... There is NOT ENOUGH police force in india... ( u can get the numbers on google) so load on police dept. is tremendous.. I have experienced myself so i know what that load is... at a single point of time they are dealing with 2-3 serious case and many other small case In Gujarat instant mobile tracking service is used by police... they get victims current mobile location on their smart phone within minute... there was two cases shown in crime patrol in which gujarat police caught the gunda before any bad things happen... In Maharashra also police use this kind of service. But it is not as instant as it should be.. also they don't get location on their smart phone... they just get the area... I have experienced this myself when one of my friend was missing. It took 1-1.5 hour to know her last position. But that too helped us.. It will take some time to go hi tech... but it will happen...

First of all one needs to realize that there is sufficient fund and man power to implement a safe India. An effective leader would cut short on foreign trips and make country safer. Follow the steps written in my first post. It's simple. It just needs an honest leader.

So don't just blindly blame PM... Just because our PM is honest you can not change the things in one night... This is not a film...
